Payment:
I accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and payments through PayPal. If you prefer, you can also call me with your credit card number. To do this, complete all steps of the checkout process, but the last (PayPal), and call me at 520-940-7204.
Processing Time:
Expect your order to ship within 3 days of your placing it. I ship packages twice a week when possible. Please understand that MZ Glass is a one-woman deal and sometimes I’m on the road for bead shows and teaching. When that’s the case, I will inform you via email of the intended ship date (usually within a week of placement of your order).
Shipping Terms
Through the end of the year, all purchases on MZGlass.com will be shipped for free, via USPS First Class Mail. If you would like me to ship your items insured, or via Priority Mail, just ask, and I will send an invoice for the additional charges.
International Shipping:
I will ship internationally to most countries. Please contact me when you place your order and I will revise your order to reflect charges for international shipping.
Return Policy:
I want you to be happy with your MZ Glass beads. Really happy. I will gladly accept returns for store credit within 2 weeks of your order’s delivery to you. Beads must be in original packaging. Wholesale:
I do offer several levels of wholesale pricing to bead stores and jewelry designers purchasing in quantity. You can get a 50% discount for purchases totaling $500 or more (so $1000 retail value). Please contact me with your wholesale information, and I will provide you with a coupon code to use with your purchase.
Security/ Privacy:
Your privacy is important. I will never sell, trade, or share in any way any of the personal information you provide while shopping at mzglass.com.
Sales Tax:
For Arizona residents, I will cover your sales tax to thank you for buying locally! Purchases outside the state of Arizona are not subject to sales tax.
Custom Orders:
If you don’t find the color, size, or shape you’re looking for, just tell me! In most cases, I’d be delighted to create something that matches your wishes.
